1. BOOKING & PAYMENT:

50% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your reservation. Balance is due 14 days prior to tour date. If booking is within the 14 days prior to tour date then full payment is required upon booking.

If the remaining balance is not received 14 days prior to your tour date, we reserve the right to release your date and treat it as a cancellation per our cancellation policy in Section 2.

We accept Cash USD/BZD, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and bank transfer. All card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received and you receive a confirmation email from us.

2. CANCELLATION BY GUEST:

We understand plans may change. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will first attempt to reschedule your tour to a different day or offer an alternative tour. If rescheduling is not an option, refunds will be issued per the schedule below:

 •   More than 14 days before tour date: Full refund minus 5% processing fee, OR free rescheduling.

 •   7 to 14 days before tour date: 50% refund, OR free rescheduling subject to availability.

 •   Less than 7 days before tour date: No refund.

 •   Day of tour / No-Show / After scheduled start time: No refund - 100% charge.

This policy applies for any reason, including flight delays, illness, or personal emergency. We recommend travel insurance.

3. CANCELLATION BY US - WEATHER & SAFETY:

Your safety is our priority. We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason including weather, sea conditions, insufficient participants, or unavailability of equipment or guides as determined by our Captain and Belize Port Authority.

If WE cancel, you will have your choice of: A) Full refund, OR B) Free rescheduling to another date, OR C) Credit toward an alternative tour of equal value. We are not liable for any contingent costs (flights, hotels) incurred by you.

4. WEATHER ADVISORIES / PARTIAL TOURS:

If we advise that your tour may be shortened or not completed due to pending weather, we will offer to reschedule. If you elect to begin the tour, no refund will be issued if the tour cannot be completed due to weather or acts of nature.

5. LATE ARRIVALS:

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to scheduled departure. If pickup is from your lodging, please be ready 15-20 minutes early. Tours depart on time. If you are late and miss your boat, it will be considered a no-show with no refund.

6. PRIVATE CHARTERS & GROUPS (6+ Guests):

Require 21 days notice for cancellation to receive full refund. Please ask for our Group Policy.

7. ACCEPTANCE:

Your payment of deposit or full payment constitutes your acceptance of these policies. Please check your confirmation dates and contact us immediately if incorrect.
